We strongly feel that our patients deserve the best possible dental care we can provide. In an effort to maintain this high quality care, we would like to share with you some facts about dental insurance and how it works.

In this day and age, we know that deciphering your insurance benefits can be confusing. We ask our patients to confirm their date of eligibility with their employer as we find that insurance companies sometimes do not have updated information and may deny a claim based on eligibility.

We are very experienced with most dental plans and even have a system where we get updated benefits. Prior to starting treatment we will give you an estimate of your out of pocket cost. We are happy to help you with any insurance concern you may have. We work with any dental insurance benefits plans that allow you to choose your own dentist and will gladly submit your claims for services rendered in our office.

We feel, however, that your insurance should never dictate the quality or timing of your treatment. If you have extensive or long-term dental care, our office offers financial assistance through Care Credit or another outside financing company.

The fees for services rendered are the same charged to all patients for similar services, regardless of whether the patient is covered by insurance or not.
